HAHAHA. a good bilingual phrase.
on the bus (again) this morning, i had no choice but to take one of those seats facing the rest of the passengers. you know, the odd seats facing the back of the bus. i don't mind the direction but i can't stand it when people stare at you. well i know they stare because i challenge them back. nonono, i'm not a freak. ok but that's not the point.
after a few stops a guy from the back of the bus flopped down on the seat next to me, and he was quite strange because he sat facing the front of the bus, cross-legged, even when the seat faces the other direction. and he reminds me so much of L because he was wearing a white jacket. and i think he was sleepy? so he slept. i don't know if he was sleeping or not but i could hear him murmuring. i didn't want to exchange eye contact with him, but from what little i saw from my glances, i think he was pretty good looking. i think. gosh, how can i claim that when i didn't even see his face.
the point is that, what appeals to me is that he sat unconventionally, to an extent weirdly, but still, bravely. that's what i find so appealing. and he looked at me a few times to see if i'm accusing him of being weird through the eye. but of course i wouldn't. cos it's the total opposite.
the poor guy must be really tired. if i had a chance to talk to him one day, i would. so the point is. that mainstream guys may not work for me. HA-HA-HA. "i don't know what i find so appealing..."
so. today i got an A- for one of my lit test and I'M DARN HAPPY. not to brag, if you're reading, my friends/rel, cos it's the first A- i ever got in this 3 months and i thought i'd share it with you. and yes, i studied hard for it. i wrote out the gist of the novel and drew up the family tree of more than 15 pple as i read it through. so moral of the story? study hard and it'll pay off! :D gogo, friends and rels! STUDY and IT'LL PAY OFF! yeee hah!
and somehow this A- has made me exceptionally happy today such that i did what i was supposed to do tomorrow today. funny how one good thing leads to another. :) plus, my brother and i had time to enjoy our favourite cartoon theme songs from youtube. the cartoons made me reminiscent of the past..
just found out from a trusty friend that we have to declare our major by the end of NOV. AHHHHHHHHHH!!! i've never felt more panic in my whole life. gosh, a major?! NOW?! i'd always been told, or assume, that we'd have to declare it after sem2! i seriously wouldn't be able to decide between nm or ps by nov. ahhhh. frustrating. it's like asking you to choose your right hand or your left. or your right leg or your left leg. it's sickening. sickening sickening evil sadistic bunch of *******! (insert any bad word yourself)
woohoo! my posts are evolving to be more and more about my life?? which is not what i originally planned for!! i planned for my blog to be for greater thinks. hmm hmm. not good.

i met a lot of funny people ever since i entered this school. okay, not funny humorous, well, some perhaps, but i really meant funny-bizarre. they are so weird that i take so much time to understand their psychology that sometimes i just sit back and stop my work and just look around the school, a myriad of personalities. Here are some interesting ones:
Girl A: Discovered she had a huge crush on the fruit juice uncle, who was like in his late forties, because she has been buying fruit juice all week and noticed the way his hands 'move'. I looked at her in horror when she broke the news to me. And she's really into it, she made me queue up with her to buy the fruit juice and she claimed that the uncle tried to 'pick her up' because he asked her what drink does she want. It's just so over-the-top and the more i look at the uncle's hands 'move', the more appalled i become, because she realized that 'his hand movements are quite sexual'. OKAY. i so am NOT buying fruit juice with her no more.
Boy A: Totally can't get along with him. He's got all the good looks and all but i just can't get along with him. he's like a MCP, the ''dominator'' and i can't stand it. the thing that's kept me tolerating is his good looks, otherwise i'll be firing my mouth off whenever he rejects what i propse. i'm going to shaft my waterbottle into his mouth one day if he takes that tone again. worst part is, he's so rarah with his hall friends, but when it comes to us, he doesn't even wanna try to make small talk. maybe he thinks we're losers! haha! oh i so CAN'T be bothered.
Boy B: Wow. i don't get boy b because he's always SARCASTIC and that's basically the frequency between us. we're both sarcastic to each other and it's pretty entertaining. well. as the saying goes; if you can't convince, confuse. i wonder if we talk without the sarcasm how would it turn out to be? it'll feel like something is missing, you know what i mean? so basically i have somebody in school to keep my wits up. yes yes, even the lowest form.
Girl B: This one is a tough nut to crack. she always seats herself between me and a particular guy, and she always ALWAYS ask us (the particular guy and me) to talk because it's very fun. don't you think that's weird?? like, this person comes along and tells you to talk to another person for her entertainment. this is REALLY really weird and has been happening for the past 3 months. you can't just force someone to talk to another, especially if there's no topic to talk about??!! this girl b is totally weird. i don't have to say more.
HAHAHA. these are just some of the people i've met and yea, probably i'll be sticking around them for a bit before sem ends. we'll just do a comparison to see who are the weirder ones. i think girl b is weird though, don't you? :)

Afterthoughts

Saturday afternoon! What could be a better way to spend it than laughing at and torturing your friends and their boyfriends? Muahaha apparently my questions have been lethal and my friends are screaming 'YOU'RE EVIL' through their piercing stares. Haven't met F, V, W and C, A and L, for a longlong long time. It was so fun! A pity AL couldn't make it. :(
I mean, knowing these people for a relatively long time, it kinda makes me feel very close to them...and seeing us through sec sch, jc and now uni, i just feel happy being with them. so when they appear with their boyfriends, it really feels like they've gotten married and i'm the "grandmother" who starts poking her nose into everything, exciting over everything for them. I think if one of us gets married one day, i'll be like doubly excited. HAHAHA. yah i think i nailed it. i felt more like a grandmother yesterday more than anything. a grandmother who was greatly amused by ah long's neck and ah cheng's blinks.
A and L were really really cute. I mean, we've never really officallly went out for a meal together, and now that we have, the 'singles' section find that A and L were so adorable, like 'lao fu lao qi' acording to V. the "toot" and the "hungry". awwwww. :) i think they can get married early and start making little As and Ls. I think all the little Ls will inherit L's neck. And all the little As will inherit her sharp, ear-piercing 'HA'. What a blissful picture :) !
W and C were also cute. I was quite amused at the stress that C put on himself. I mean, we enjoyed torturing him because it's quite clear that he really likes W. And he keeps looking at her even when she eats.. what could be better than "considerate" next to "cute"? HAHAHA. I feel bad because in camp C's like our ''senior" and when C and W gets together I BECOME THE GRANDMOTHER. MUAHAHAHA. So exciting! I think they'll do very well together.
And as for the SS (singles' section), well, they're out on a mission to locate other SS so that i can grill them again.
